I bought this product so that I could move my computer out of the main computer room and simplify cabling. I'm debating whether I'm going to return it or not. This thing would be great if all you want to do is stream 1080P (1920x1080) multimedia content to a remote TV. The setup wasn't difficult. It links up easily once your cabling is correct. Virtually no video lag...screen updates great playing computer games. I have two complaints about this system. One is fairly minor. It *does not* support 1920x1200 video resolution like my TV does, so I've got some black border and I lose some resolution for my games (I tend to try and get as much up as possible...so it is a bit of an inconvenience). This resolution is supported in even the HDMI v1.0 spec, so I was a bit surprised it was supported by this. The dealbreaker for me is that this is NOT like having an HDMI cable straight from your video card to your monitor. My visual quality was awesome using a cable...pixel perfect... Read more

I had an HDMI cable strung along my ceiling to my projector that was driving me nuts, so when I saw this wireless HDMI option announced I was very interested. I have the sending unit connected to the HDMI out of my Onkyo receiver and the receiving unit sitting on top of my projector hooked up to it via HDMI. It works absolutely flawlessly. It takes slightly longer for the picture to come up when I switch signals, but other than that I notice absolutely no difference between this and the long HDMI cable I was using. The picture is perfect. Also I play a lot of Halo: Reach on the projector and have not noticed any input lag, which was another thing I was worried about.

Working perfectly, No special programs no software required no installation problem, works right from the box, very convenient, good sound and perfect picture. I am using this for a week and no complains. Good product, like everything that coming from HP. Fast shipping from Amazone
Keep in mind that on the laptop it requires to push two buttons on the keyboard - (1) Microsoft sign and (2)'P' to split the picture between TV and laptop screen.
I would recommend this Item!!!!

I will wright more if it will be any problem.
The price to day Nov.26/2010 is very good $159 - I paid $177 and free shipping !!
