This review is from: Belkin ScreenCast AV4, 4 Port Wireless HDMI for AV/HDTV (Electronics) I like to start by saying this product works like a charm. I set this up in 15 minutes. The transmitter is upstairs and the receiver is downstairs. As soon as i turned the tv on where the receiver is, I saw the picture in 1080PI had no problem setting it up. I have used it for more than a week now and it has been working great. I would give it 5 stars if they had option to add more receivers to the unit. We can add more transmitters but cannot add more receivers. Belkin tech support was not able to answer my question regarding this issue. I hooked it up and ran the cables and power supply and turned it all on. I could see my Windows 7 MC screen in the background when I started the Receiver and Transmitter (that was Input 1). It asked for general setup Information (language, name devices...). When I went to name the device (what you see on the menu of the Belkin box) the belkin remote would not control the box. I kept trying and it would not control it, finally the menu went away. So I tried to use Windows 7 Media Center with the Remote (I set up the IR receiver from the Belkin Transmitter and placed it in front... Read more |
